Job Description
- The position is for Customer Outreach Executive (COE).
- A COE should know each of our customers on a personal level, identifying the needs, and setting up a counseling session to help them.
- COE makes sure that they will collect all the necessary information from a customer for a successful home demo.
- Also, the COE is responsible for cascading customers’ feedback to Toppr’s consultants through well-defined processes.
Skills Required :
- Have excellent communication skills in English and/or the regional language.
- Have the ability to approach a situation with patience.
- As a COE, you have to handle Customer Resource Management (CRM) tool and sensitive student related data.
- Willing to work relentlessly for achieving and exceeding the business goals and targets.
- Always have an eagerness to learn and promote their product knowledge. Stay fully updated about the changes in the educational system.
Requirements
- A graduate degree from a recognized/reputed institute.
- Candidates with telecalling experience are a plus point. Freshers can also apply for this.
- Having awareness of the subjects taught from classes 5 to 12 across various boards/curriculums globally. And should have knowledge and understanding of the challenges that the students face in schools or coaching classes.
- Should be familiar with operating telephone equipment, automatic dialing systems, and other telecommunications technologies.
