Job Description:
- Interpret data and analyze results using statistical techniques and provide report, insight, strategy, and dashboard related to business
- Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex and various data sets
- Work closely with management to prioritize business and information needs
- Build an automated report and dashboard based on requirements for supporting operational to the decision making process
- Publish weekly/monthly business performance & individual team performance reports
- Support all business functions with ad hoc analysis
- Identify and report potential business risks or opportunities
Skills Required:
- Structured, logical, data-driven, can-do attitude, fun, and open person
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, problem solver, result-oriented, and able to work under minimum supervision.
- Advance skill in Microsoft Excel, SQL, R or Python, or PowerBI would be a big advantage.
