Role

C oordinator who will interact with candidates and interviewers as required to ensure timely hiring operations and onboarding of fresher hires at Mindtree. This could include calling talent, scheduling interview panelists, organizing connect sessions w ith talent and Mindtree and more. This work is fundamental to the success in hiring and onboarding talent.

You will also get ample exposure into all fresher hires (Engineering, Under Graduates, MBA) across the areas of sourcing channels, screenin g and assessment processes, candidate engagement, offer and onboarding processes, including systems and tools. The ideal candidate should have excellent written and spoken communication skills, the ability to articulate c oncisely and effec tively , g reat in co-ordination and keeping track of multiple things on a daily basis.

She he should have the ability interest to comfortably interact with different kinds of people and background roles at different levels. A strong sense of ownership and a cc o untability will be the behavioral traits that this individual possesses and demonstrates in all transactions assigned to her him.
