Job Description:

This is a Senior Software Engineer role, Reporting to the Manager Research & Development in business area Industrial Automation (IA) located in Bangalore and you will be contributing with own ideas to identify, propose and implement innovative technology development and solutions. Solve industrial problems independently.

Demonstrating solid technical proficiency in own competence area by performing a variety of technology/engineering assignments, mainly in research and development (R&D) projects, which demonstrates independent ability to recognize problems and provide input to solutions.
Following the scientific discussions in own competence area and contributes independently.
Understanding the key business drivers for ABB in order to make judgments and contribute to results.
Contributing to R&D projects with own, creative ideas.
Proposing follow-up projects and activities within own technical area based on new ideas.

Your background For ABB Recruitment

MCA/B.Tech/B.E from a reputed University in Computer Science /Electronics/Instrumentation.
Required 5 to 8 Years of experience in in C#, .Net Framework, .Net Core, WPF,WCF,XML.
Should have strong experience in OOA, OOD and OOPS concepts.
Should have significant experience of application & database architecture design patterns.
Experience in Industrial Automation and especially in Distributed Control Systems is must.
Should have Strong understanding of UML (class, activity, sequence diagrams).
Responsible for ensuring the robust technical solutions are designed, developed and implemented to meet product requirements.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
